Account Does Not Exist Error
If you are trying to log into your account and getting a account does not exist error, please create a new account using the same email you originally signed up with and it should link it with your existing account.
SMACNE does not accept or process returns as we do not resell products.
We do not accept any returned bottles, cleansers or moisturizers in exchange for a refund.
If you do not wish to receive a shipment please contact our support team or manually adjust your next shipping date at least 1-2 full business days before your next shipment is scheduled to process.
Once a shipment has processed (meaning it has been billed and entered our queue to be shipped) it cannot be cancelled.
